Punishments for rule violations are issued by either Administration or Player-run authorities (e.g., court, police, etc), based on the severity of the violation. To see further about the Player-run authorities, scroll to Player-run Authorities & Responsibilities.
We do not practice harsh or trigger-happy moderation. You will not be banned for minor issues. Permanent bans are only issued for serious offenses that directly harm the server, its economy, property, or other players’ gameplay experience.
These are typically subjective and may not always be judged strictly. For such cases, staff or player-run authorities may issue a warning (warn). A warn can be cleared by completing a punishment assigned by either the staff member who issued it or a designated representative of a player-run authority, usually comprising community service or compensating damages.
If a player refuses to comply, ignores Administration, and/or Player-run Authorities, or repeats the violation, an additional warn may be issued, which will only lower the trust of the person and may result in a 3 day temporary ban after five warns. Side note, the next warns after 5, will prolong the duration of temporary ban.

Examples of minor violations:
These occur when the player knows the rules and chooses to break them anyway. Punishments range from temporary bans to permanent bans, especially if the server economy was significantly harmed, and are assigned only by the Administration.
