🚫 Violations & Punishment Policy

Punishments for rule violations are issued by the Administration, based on the severity of the violation.

We do not practice harsh or trigger-happy moderation. You will not be banned for minor issues. Permanent bans are only issued for serious offenses that directly harm the server, its economy, property, or other players’ gameplay experience.

⚠️ Minor Violations

These are typically subjective and may not always be judged strictly. For such cases, staff may issue a warning (warn). A warning can be cleared by completing a punishment assigned by the staff member who issued it, usually comprising community service or compensating for damages.

If a player refuses to comply, ignores the Administration, or repeats the violation simultaneously, an additional warning may be issued, which will only lower the trust of the person and may result in a permanent ban after five warnings.

Examples of minor violations:

• By default, griefing, killing, stealing, and any actions that may damage private property are considered violations.
• Behave like a decent person. Avoid excessive spamming, caps lock, or disruptive behavior. If players express discomfort, adjust your behavior. More details in the Chat Rules.
• Don’t litter the world. Remove floating trees and random pillar towers. Avoid griefing abandoned builds unless you plan to settle nearby. This includes ruining or griefing Trial Chambers.
• Zero coordinates in any dimension are considered public zones. These areas are formally owned by the server staff. You must request permission from an Admin before modifying, building, or collecting resources there.
• Players are free to establish their own rules within their private territories; however, these must not conflict with, override, or be used to misinterpret the official Justmine server guidelines. These rules should also be easily accessible to every player (e.g., if your territory is private, you should inform players of no public entrance.)
• You may claim as much space as needed for your builds, as long as the space is actively used and reasonably justified. Excessive land claiming without development may result in administrative review.

⛔ Medium & Severe Violations

These occur when the player knows the rules and chooses to break them anyway, or causes a mass violation of several rules. Punishments may range, especially if the server economy was significantly harmed, or someone’s property was entirely griefed.
