A Shopping District is established to centralize all small shops and businesses in one designated area of the server. This helps ensure accessibility for players and simplifies construction for shop owners. The following rules apply:

• The Shopping District is the only place where you may build a shop, business, or entertainment facility.
• All trading activities must take place within the district, unless it is a private trade or service established by contract.
• The rules and regulations of the district are to be determined by a Player-run Authority (PRA) specifically tasked with managing this area.
• All management responsibilities within the Shopping District fall under the jurisdiction of the Shopping District PRA.
• Any disputes regarding trade or services should first be resolved between the customer and the shop owner. If necessary, the PRA or server administration may intervene.
• The official server currency for trade is Diamonds. No services or trades can be provided for real money.
• Renting and “redlining” of shop plots are to be determined by the Shopping District PRA.
• No Shopping District rule may override or conflict with the official Justmine Rules and Guidelines.
• All prices must be clearly labeled. Scamming or unclear pricing is not allowed.
• Bartering (non-diamond trades) must be contractual and documented or witnessed if outside the Shopping District.
• A bulletin board or market square may be created for promotions, events, or public notices. As well as designated event stalls or seasonal shops may be opened/announced during server festivals or community events at these places.
