Administration of Justmine is responsible for knowing and following this set of rules.
Administration shall not overstep its powers to gain any advantages. They are the same members of the server community as any other player, and should only act as administration when necessary.
Violation of any rule written in this Wiki by the players will trigger authorized personnel to punish the violator.
Administrator, both in Discord and the Minecraft server, will have an identifiable prefix/role that will indicate their position:

Owner - the Head Administrator of the server. They have the last say in decision-making.

Dev - (e.g., Developer) person who is looking after the technical side of the server. Has the right to represent the Owner when they are offline.

Admin - (e.g., Administrator) person who is looking after the guidelines, conduct, and point of contact for players. May implement punishments if deemed important.

Mod - (e.g., Moderator) lower rank of administration that serves under Admin. Responsible for conducting guidelines and serving as the point of contact for players. May implement warnings for players if deemed important.

Helper - the lowest rank of administration, granted to people who have been actively helping out new players and the administration in conducting the moderation. May serve as a point of contact to new players, as well as may report guideline violations directly to higher administration.

Owner has the right to restrict the player from accessing the server, without an exact explanation, and even against written rules if deemed necessary.
Only in special cases and unforeseen circumstances, the administration reserves the right not to compensate for lost in-game property to the players.
Administration reserves the right to deny help to players if the request seems too vague or low effort.
Administration reserves the right to choose punishment based on the severity of the violation.
Administration reserves the right to pardon violators only by the final say of the Owner.
Under any circumstances Administration does not have any right to interrupt a player’s gameplay in any way, unless a clear violation of the guidelines is present.
Administration is required to respond to every request or report made by players, unless it is of low effort or is too vague.
Following the conflict of interest rule, any administrator who has any kind of direct relation to the person involved in the case (e.g., a family member, a friend, or a colleague, etc.) does not have permission to moderate this case.
The Administration is not permitted to intervene in Player-run Authority (PRA) processes, except in exceptional cases where intervention is necessary to restore order or to overturn decisions suspected of manipulation or falsification.
